Plastic Dinosaurs and Nappies

Hello. I’m Alex and I like plastic dinosaurs.

I wore real nappies when I was a baby, my father even subjected me to the indignity of having my photo taken sitting in a sterile nappy wash bucket at the age of two, an image that continually gets referenced at family occasions to this day. I looked pretty pleased in that picture and I’m similarly pleased to be working with Esma, Paul and Gigi at Clean Green Nappy Machine although fitting me into a nappy wash bucket as part of our product testing may prove to be a tough challenge.

Clean Green Nappy Machine is a ‘mom and pop’ shop in the truest definition of the term and that’s what I like about the business, it’s small, honest and close to its customers. We don’t have a call centre in India and we’ll write to you using your first name and treat you like a real person. It used to be called customer service but a lot of companies seem to have forgotten what that means. Of course, we’d like to make a living as well but if we do things right, then hopefully the rest will follow.

As part of this, your feedback and input is crucial - a lot of the enhancements and forthcoming site features are based on customer feedback. We always welcome your comments and suggestions so whether you want to pick up the phone or send us an e-mail, we’d be pleased to hear from you.
